Guns would have stopped the Massacres
In light of the recent shootings in Alabama and in Germany, I’m sure the victim disarmament groups will be calling for more more gun grabbing laws. They do this even though only those without criminal intents would give up their weapons. If only one of these victims in both these cases were armed, both of these incidents could have turned out drastically different. If a few had been armed, then there would have been no chance for such a massacre.
The gun grabbers believe that all gun crime is done in the heat of the moment, and that if people had guns they would all of a sudden start shooting each other in horrible crimes of passion. When in fact this rarely happens, and far more people are saved by merely brandishing a gun then are killed by guns. Privately owned guns are used to take 30,000 lives a year (some in self defense and ¾ in suicides) 250,000,000 lives are saved from injury or death a year by the use of a gun. By banning guns you are sacrificing the 2.5 million for the 30 thousand. That is a horrible thought.
